Christmas at Åtellet

During December, Christmas comes to Åtellet and our head chef puts together a Christmas-inspired 6-course menu. Perfect for the company, family or friends.

The Christmas menu is served weekdays from 17:00, Saturdays 11:00-15:00 and from 17:00 and Sundays from 12:00.

Rillette on pork
flat bread, whipped brown butter, silver onion

Lightly engraved rainbow
pickled cucumber, roe, lemon crème

Veal tartare
capers, horseradish, crispy rye bread

Butter-fried halibut
saffron tomato, orange butter sauce, fennel

Grilled beef fillet
cognac sky, celeriac puree, pickled Brussels sprouts

Gingerbread
lingonberry mousse, roasted pistachios, vanilla ice cream

On December 23 we serve breakfast, then we are closed for the rest of Christmas.
