Payment

Payment takes place at check-in and you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Since June 1, 2021, we are a cashless hotel and do not accept Swedish kronor or other currency. In some cases prepayment may be requested, we will notify you of this before arrival. If you wish to pay for the stay yourself before arrival, please let us know at the time of booking.

Invoice

It is possible to pay by invoice if the company meets the requirements of our finance department, we always do a credit report. If you wish to pay for your stay or restaurant visit with an invoice, you must contact us no later than 5 days before via email and provide us with information such as organization number, full invoice address and any reference. We will then get back to you when we have received a response from the finance department with approval or rejection of invoicing. Contact us at info@atellet.se. We only invoice Swedish companies and private individuals, individual companies or associations. We apply 10-day payment terms on invoices unless otherwise agreed. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the supplier has the right to charge late payment interest from the due date with the applicable reference interest rate with an addition of eight percentage points. When invoicing, an invoicing fee of SEK 45 is added. If you provide us with a working email address for invoices via pdf before invoicing, we will not charge any invoicing fee.
