Yes, you can store your luggage in our luggage room while waiting for access to your room or after check-out on the day of departure.

Yes, the hotel has WiFi which is free. Ask one of the staff and you will get the password.

No, the hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but we direct our guests to park in the large municipal parking space located right outside the hotel. Parking costs SEK 15 per hour between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. Every day you can park for free for two hours and when you register in the parking app or the parking machine, they don't charge you for the first two hours. Important to remember is that you must be registered even during the hours that are free. Feel free to download the app Easy Park or Parkster before you arrive at us and it will go smoothly.

Yes, breakfast is always included when you book a hotel room with us.

Yes, for external guests, breakfast costs SEK 145, but we have a limited number of places, so all breakfast guests must be booked in. Click on the link below to get to our table reservation. Reserve a table. Or contact us at info@atellet.se to book your guest.

Pets are welcome with us both in the restaurant and in some rooms. There is an additional fee of SEK 250 per animal per night and this must be announced in advance as we have a limited number of rooms where we allow animals.

Yes, extra beds can be booked for most of the rooms for an extra charge but we have a limited number so please contact us after you make your booking on info@atellet.se.

Yes, children 0-4 years old are free if they sleep in their parents' bed. A cot or extra bed can be added to the booking for a fee.

No, we are a non-smoking hotel. We charge a fee for smoking in the room. According to Swedish law, it is not permitted to smoke in outdoor dining areas or at public entrances. This also means that it is not allowed to smoke on the balcony of the rooms that have a balcony as they are located right above our outdoor dining area.

No, we are a cashless hotel and do not accept cash in the hotel, but it is possible to pay with the most common debit and credit cards.

Yes, it is possible to pay by invoice if the company meets the requirements our finance department has when they make a credit report. If you wish to pay for your stay or restaurant visit with an invoice, you must contact us no later than 5 days before with the organization number, full invoice address and any reference and we will get back to you when we have received a response from the finance department. No, the reception is not staffed 24 hours a day. The opening hours are Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00, Saturday 08:00-17:00 and Sunday 08:00-15:00. After the reception has gone home, the staff in the restaurant help check in and assist hotel guests. It is therefore important that you contact us and let us know your arrival time. When the restaurant closes, the hotel is unmanned. Please email us your arrival time info@atellet.se
