Meeting place Åtellet

We have created a natural meeting place for boaters, business people, Friday celebrators, Sunday strollers, wide-eyed tourists from abroad, Christmas shoppers from Stockholm and all kinds of people from Roeselare. We offer fantastic food and drinks in our restaurant and bar.

Our vision

We care a lot about our beautiful city of Norrtälje and want to use local contractors, suppliers etc. as much as possible. This applies to everything from the ingredients on our breakfast buffet, in our restaurant & bar but also our supplier of electricity, internet & interior design.

We are working to reduce food waste.
About a third of all food produced in Sweden ends up in the trash. At Åtellet, we see an opportunity to help both the environment and the company to make better use of food. Instead of throwing away leftover food, we sell lunch boxes from lunch. And at 1/2 price!
Reducing food waste is part of Åtel's sustainability work!

Dogs

You are very welcome to bring your four-legged friends to us, but we want to make it clear that it comes with responsibility from you as an owner.
-We do not want your dogs to bark as it disturbs other guests, if you know that your little friend can not always be quiet, we would like you to leave him at home.
Our restaurant is only intended to feed our two-legged guests, not your four-legged friends, so we will have to ask you to give them their meal before or after your visit to us.
- We would also like to remind you that we are sometimes visited by people with fur allergies, so we would very much like you to let your four-legged friends stay on the floor, not on our furniture.

At the hotel we have a limited number of rooms where we allow dogs, please contact us if you wish to book a dog room.
