Our meeting facilities

The facility has four meeting suites. Two are on level 3 with direct access to the sauna. One has a large terrace with views over Norrtälje Bay. One conference suite is at our entry level and one is in the old town hotel on Lilla Torget (a 2-minute walk from Åtellet).

All conference rooms are equipped with WiFi, writing pads, pens, extension lead, stapler, plus a projector or large screen to connect to. Fruit, snacks and chilled water will be available and replenished during the day.

There are adapters to connect to HDMI, USB-C, Lightning and VGA. If you need any other technology, please ask us at the time of booking. We can take care of most things. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please contact us and we will send you a quote and price proposal.

The download

This long room is ideal for board meetings for up to 15 people and is on level three. There is also a whiteboard behind the projector screen. We can also arrange the room with lounge type seating if you are looking for a more relaxed meeting.

The darling

The table here seats up to 6 people. We can also arrange the room with lounge type seating if you prefer a more relaxed meeting.

The porch

The porch, situated on the entry level, is part of our restaurant that is separated by two sliding doors. This room has a permanent projector and large screen and can seat up to 50 people.

The celebration hall

Our fine old special occasion suite is just a stone's throw from Åtellet and is housed in what was once the town hotel here in Norrtälje. We can host groups of up to 80 people in a cinema seating arrangement. Coffee breaks are organized in the room while lunch and dinner are served at Åtellet (a 2-minute walk away).
