Our meeting rooms

The office has four meeting rooms. Two are located on level 3, which have a direct connection to the sauna. One of the rooms has a large terrace with a view of Norrtäljeviken. One conference room is located on our entrance floor and one is located in the old city hotel next to the small square (2 minutes' walk from Åtellet).

All conference rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, notepads, pens, extension cords, staplers, and all rooms also include a projector or television that can be connected to. Fruit, sweets and ice water are laid out and refilled during the day.

We have adapters that can be connected to HDMI, USB-C, Lightning and VGA. If other technology is needed, please ask at the time of booking and we will solve most of the problems. Contact us with your booking request and we will get back to you with a quote and price proposal.

The download

An oblong room that fits best with board seating that holds up to 12 people & is on level 3. In this room there is a whiteboard behind the projector screen. The venue also has a lounge area for more relaxed meetings.

The darling

Has a board table that can accommodate up to 7 people. The room is equipped with a large-screen TV and has access to a large balcony with a view of Norrtäljeviken.

The porch

The veranda, is on the entrance floor and is part of our restaurant which we divide with two sliding doors. This room is equipped with a fixed projector and film screen and can accommodate up to 50 people. The venue can be booked primarily for breakfast meetings.

The celebration hall

A stone's throw from Åtellet you will also find the historic festival hall located in the building that was once a city hotel in Norrtälje. In this room, we have the opportunity to receive groups of up to 80 people in cinema seating. Coffee breaks take place in the premises while lunch and dinner are served at Åtellet (2 minute walk between the buildings). The room has a projector, whiteboard, wireless internet and a small kitchen.
