No, the hotel does not have any parking spaces. However, there is a large public car park just outside the hotel. Parking costs SEK 15 per hour between 9.00 and 18.00 on weekdays and 9.00-13.00 on Saturdays. Parking is free for the first two hours. If you download and register in the parking app or at the parking ticket machine, you will not be charged for the first two hours. However, please be aware that you need to register even in the free parking hours. The simplest solution is to download the Easy Park or Parkster app before you arrive.

Pets are welcome here in both the restaurant and certain rooms. There is a charge of SEK 250 per pet per night and we require advance notice as we only accept pets in a limited number of our rooms.
Yes, extra beds can be booked in most rooms at an additional charge, but as we only have a limited number, please contact us when you make your booking at info@atellet.se.
Yes, children up to 4 years old stay free if they sleep in their parents' bed. You can add a cot or extra bed to your booking for a charge.
No, we are a smoke-free hotel. Anyone who smokes in their room will be charged a fee. It is against the law in Sweden to smoke outside eating areas and in public entrances. This also means smoking is not allowed on balconies in the rooms with balconies as they overlook our outside terrace.
No, we are a cashless hotel and do not accept cash in the hotel. However, we accept all the usual debit and credit cards.
Yes, you can pay by invoice if your company is registered in Sweden and meets the requirements our accounts department specifies when they do a credit check. If you wish to pay for your stay or restaurant meal by invoice, you will need to contact us at least five days before you arrive, stating your company registration number, complete invoicing address and a possible reference. We will then let you know after we have heard back from our accounts department. Contact us at info@atellet.se.
No, our reception desk is not open 24/7. The opening times are Monday – Friday 7.00-17.00, Saturdays 8.00-17.00 and Sundays 8.00-15.00. When reception is closed, our restaurant staff help hotel guests check in and with any other matters. It is therefore important that you notify us of your arrival time. When the restaurant is closed, no hotel staff are on duty. Please email your estimated arrival time to info@atellet.se
